The La Côte region is well known for culinary specialties. Being so close to the lake, freshly caught fish are, of course, particularly in demand – especially perch and its popular fillets. Fried with crispy herbs, or à la meunière style with a delicate tartar sauce ; yummy.

In addition to InVivo ; La Maison d’Igor’s excellent in-house restaurant, you have the possibility to dine and wine in one of the many authentic country inns or lakeside restaurants. Thanks to consistently excellent quality, you can find many of the names of these establishments in well-known restaurant guides ; e.g. GaultMillau, Guide Michelin, Tables Ouvertes, LaFourchette, etc.

And should you look for something exclusive and particularly refined, you surely are aware that there are several world-renowned culinary artists at work in the Morges region. For example, enjoy an unforgettable meal in Carlo Crisci’s Fleur de Sel restaurant in Cossonay, in the l’Ermitage des Ravets restaurant of Bernard and Guy Ravet in Vufflens-le-Château, or in the Hôtel de Ville restaurant in Crissier where Chef Franck Giovannini and his brigade are masters in their art.

Whether in Morges itself or in the surrounding area, there is no shortage of good restaurants to choose from. If you wish, we will be happy to advise you –and to make the necessary reservation for you.
